Returns & Exchanges

Afterlife Essentials takes pride in the care and quality of our goods. Therefore, we offer a
30 Day Return and Exchange Warranty on almost all unused and uncustomized products in our store*
This means that if you change your mind for whatever reason, please contact us within the first 30 days to return the product for a full refund, minus shipping costs with the following policies/exclusions:

*Please note:

    • There is absolutely 0 re-stocking fee
    • No returns on Bogati Urn products
    • Please do not return products to the return address listed on the package; we will provide you with an RMA number and return address
    • Please ensure you obtain a tracking number for any return
    • Any missing items must be reported no later than 48 hours after delivery
    • The product must not be customized or personalized
    • The product must not be handmade
    • The product must not be handblown glass
    • No returns allowed on scattering tubes
    • The product must be unused and in resaleable condition
    • You must pay for the return shipping (unless the wrong product was delivered to your door or if the product was defective and we are sending a replacement)
    • Any incurred shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund amount, unless you have received a damaged/defective product
    • For damages: proof of damage/defect is required--please take photos and email them to us at support@afterlifeessentials.com. A prompt replacement or refund will be made. Photos should not be sent via chat or any other method other than email. Thank you.

    • Color Disclaimer - All items purchased are represented on our site in as best a color scheme/description as possible, based on information relayed to us by the manufacturer. Colors, however, may vary slightly from what is shown based on the type and age of monitor the items are viewed on. 

    • Due to unique characteristics of the natural materials used to create many urns; colors, patterns, sizes and volumes may vary; urns may be slightly different from those pictured.

    • The item name and color is no different on our site than on any other site, and you agree to purchase the item based on appearance as shown and described. Personalized products are final sales.

    • No manufacturer allows returns based on colors
